About Ultra Self Storage - St. Charles
On Fountain Lakes Blvd in St. Charles, this place runs a mix of indoor and outdoor storage. You can park an RV or a boat here alongside standard self-storage. The gate stays locked and cameras watch the property. Several reviewers call out the climate control, and a few like that it's all on one level. One detail that comes up often is the indoor drive-in access. People say it makes loading and unloading easy, especially on a hot or cold day. Reviewers also describe the facility as clean and new, and mention the manager being courteous and helpful during setup. One person noted the carts for moving boxes. Not every review is positive. One customer had a problem with a unit swap and a moving truck that couldn't reach the unit. Another long-time renter had a bad experience with a staff member. Most of the 85 Google reviews land at 4.8 stars, so read a few before you commit.
