About LocalStorage
LocalStorage in St Charles runs an indoor storage setup with cameras and lights on site. It's a self-storage facility that also takes RVs, so you're parking inside rather than out in the weather. Reviews land at 4.3 stars from 30 people, and cleanliness comes up most often. Several renters mention the manager by name and say he's around most afternoons and quick to sort things out. Others point to patient staff who stick with a problem until it's fixed. The new owner gets credit for keeping the property up, and one reviewer notes that when hiccups happened, the response was positive. A couple of people found the online rental easy and did the whole thing from a phone on a weekend. Not every review is kind, though. One former renter had a billing dispute after moving out and warns people off. Worth reading the reviews yourself before you commit.
