About Metts Climate Controlled Storage
Metts Climate Controlled Storage is a family-owned facility in New Bern that has been around since the late 90s. They offer indoor, climate-controlled storage for RVs, boats, and household items, plus U-Haul rentals and packing supplies. Reviewers often mention Ellie for going out of their way to help, and the building gets consistent praise for being spotless, with shiny concrete floors and plenty of heavy-duty carts. The loading bay makes moving stuff in and out easier. One reviewer had a bad experience with a U-Haul rental and rude service, so it's not all perfect. But most people seem happy with the clean, secure storage and friendly staff.
