About Midgard Self Storage
Midgard Self Storage sits in Athens, Alabama, and the reviews back up the basics: clean units, well-lit grounds, and staff who get things done. People mention Terry and Chase by name for stepping in when problems came up. One reviewer had a leak in a unit and Chase moved them to another one so repairs could happen. The place runs on 24/7 cameras, fenced access, and units treated for pests. Climate-controlled and drive-up options depend on the location, so ask what's open at this one. A virtual counter handles some rentals, and one customer said the process of downsizing a unit was easy and streamlined. Another review wasn't happy that the in-person manager wasn't around to sort out a U-Haul key. Most of the feedback centers on polite staff, and the rating sits at 4.6 from 208 reviews. Payment and move-in come up as quick and simple. If you need a spot for your rig, this is a solid local option to check.
