About Midgard Self Storage
Midgard Self Storage sits in Athens, Alabama, and the reviews paint a picture of a place that runs smoothly. People single out the staff by name and describe them as friendly, patient and willing to walk you through the process. A few mention the indoor climate-controlled units staying comfortable even when it is over 105 outside. Cleanliness comes up a lot. Reviewers call the units and grounds clean and bright. Security includes 24/7 cameras and fenced access. You can handle a lease online or at a self-service kiosk, and there is an onsite manager when you want a person. Not everything is perfect. One reviewer had a U-Haul reservation confirmed and then no truck waiting on pickup day, which cost them hours. Another praised the staff and units but complained about a strong mothball smell in one unit. Worth knowing before you sign.
