About Storage Partner #2
Storage Partner #2 sits on Mooresville Rd, about a 15-minute drive from downtown Athens. You will spot it near Dollar General, Extreme Clean Auto Wash and the Chevron station. Covered storage is the setup here, and they serve Athens plus Harvest, Madison and East Limestone. Reviews are mixed. The security gets kind words, and a few renters say the process was easy when it went smoothly. Others describe long phone calls, insurance being added to the monthly bill even when their own policy covered the trailer, and a first-month promotion that did not apply to outside storage. A renter who had a lock placed on a paid-up unit said calls about it were not returned. Some reviewers also point to rising prices and a management company handling day-to-day operations, and they miss the way things ran before. If you keep a trailer here, read the insurance paperwork closely before you sign.

What renters mention
“Can't give it less than 1 star. Spent 30 minutes on the phone with Jenny and did not get a storage unit. Trying to park a trailer that does not require insurance because the trailer is covered on the truck policy.” – Clayton L., 3 years ago, on Google
“I rented here before, and it was simple. Not this time! 45 minutes on the phone, twice before I finally got a spot for my camper. I sent them my insurance policy twice and I still got an email saying that I would be charged for insurance!” – Jerry C., Edited 2 years ago, on Google
“This review is in reference specifically to customer service I received from Joie today. It does not necessarily reflect prior experiences. Today, Joie was very polite, prompt and professional in checking to be sure my issue was resolved.” – Jennifer B., 2 years ago, on Google
