About Midgard Self Storage

Midgard Self Storage sits in Greenwood, Indiana, and rents units for household goods, boats, and RVs. The property is fenced and gated, with cameras running around the clock and lit grounds. Climate-controlled and drive-up units vary by location, so ask what's open when you call. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Jon helped one tenant switch to a bigger unit and got named for being easy to work with. Darian and Brad get similar mentions for walking people through the process. Several renters describe the units as clean, and a few say the rates were reasonable. Online rentals draw praise for clear instructions, and one reviewer said the whole process was easy. Not every review is glowing. One tenant had a billing dispute that took a manager stepping in to settle. Another wrote about damage to furniture stored toward the back of a unit. Read the reviews yourself before you sign.
