About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the self-storage side of Indianapolis covers more than household units. The location also lists RV and boat storage among its categories. Reviews tend to land on the staff. People describe them as helpful, friendly on the phone and at the desk, and quick to answer questions. One reviewer names Brett and calls the move-in simple. Others say they were kept informed when a payment had an issue. A few reviewers mention the site is unmanned, so don't count on someone being there every time you pull up.
