About MyPlace Self Storage
MyPlace Self Storage sits on Highway 21 in Fort Mill, about 20 minutes from Charlotte. It runs 24-hour gated access with personal codes, and along with regular units it rents covered and outdoor spots for RVs, boats, and cars. Online payments and packing supplies are part of the setup. The Google rating sits at 3.8 across 99 reviews, and the feedback is mixed. Reviewers mention the rent often, and several describe staff as responsive and easy to talk to. Others are blunt about problems. A few reviews cite water damage and flooding around units, and one says a gate was left open for two weeks. Some call the property dirty and poorly kept. Worth a drive past before you sign. Look at drainage where you'd park and check that the gate actually latches.
