About MyPlace Self Storage

MyPlace Self Storage sits in Ruckersville near Routes 33 and 29, with parking for cars, boats, and RVs. Units are covered or outdoor, and the site is gated with cameras and 24-hour access. Climate-controlled units are available for gear that can't take the Virginia swings. Reviews land at 4.5 stars across 60 ratings. People single out the staff as helpful, patient, and respectful, and several mention how easy the online application and rental process went. One reviewer described an agent staying on the line through the application, and another thanked a staffer for working through a rough situation until the agreement was signed. Not every review is warm. One describes a unit broken into and feels the company didn't cooperate in releasing surveillance footage. Another reports a bad smell in the building and rain coming through the roof onto furniture. Renting and paying happen online, and drive-up units make loading easier. If security and upkeep are your priorities, ask about them directly before you sign.
