About MyStorage Centers
MyStorage Centers runs a self-storage facility off in Newport News that also takes RVs, boats and cars alongside household and business goods. The place holds a 4.9 average across 245 Google reviews, and a lot of that praise lands on the staff. Reviewers keep naming Stephanie and Cookie for being personable, patient with questions, and quick to get paperwork done. Cleanliness comes up again and again in reviews, along with how safe the property feels. One reviewer switched over after break-ins elsewhere and pointed to the key code needed to get in and out. Another called the tour fast, in and out in under 20 minutes. Units come in sizes from 5x5 up to 10x30, with climate controlled options for things that don't handle heat well. Access runs seven days a week and the office keeps posted hours. The lot is wheelchair accessible, and packing supplies are sold on site.
