About Northpark Storage & Business Center
Northpark Storage & Business Center sits on Northpark Drive in Kingwood, close to US-59/I-69. RV owners here get open or covered parking for rigs, boats, and trailers inside a gated lot with keypad entry and 24/7 security cameras. Covered and indoor storage are both on the menu. The place runs on a full-time on-site manager, and reviewers bring up the staff by name. One mentions a teacher discount on an RV space. Another long-term renter, there since 2009, says problems get fixed quickly. A few reviews point to rougher edges: one camper reported a break-in years back, and another felt the welcome was frosty. It is a family-run operation serving Kingwood, Humble, Atascocita, and Porter. Beyond vehicle parking, there are climate-controlled units and office or warehouse space. Online payments and rentals are available if you would rather handle it from your phone.
