Reviewers keep coming back to the dock and hoist side of the business. People describe the crew as patient and thorough, walking them through options from least to most expensive without any pressure. One customer noted new dock and hoist hardware held steady through two strong storms. Another wrote that hand-drawn sketches turned into exactly the finished product they wanted, delivered on a quick timeline at a fair price. Several call out the family business feel and how responsive the owners and staff are to questions. If you keep a rig near Torch Lake, this is a spot worth a call. Boat owners in the reviews speak well of the maintenance and install work too.
