About Prime Storage
Prime Storage sits on Arsenal Boulevard in Harrisburg and rents indoor units, with climate-controlled options at many locations. Access is available around the clock, and the property has cameras and alarm monitoring. Month-to-month leases and online payments are part of the setup. Reviews give the place 4.7 stars across 549 ratings, and most of the praise lands on the staff. Chasity at the Arsenal office comes up again and again for walking people through the process, showing units, and helping when a tenant needed to switch to a different size. Reviewers also call the facility clean and secure. Not every review is warm. One long-term renter complained about rate increases and a referral credit that never arrived. Another said an indoor unit got very hot in summer, so think about what you're storing. The office isn't staffed 24/7, though online rentals run all day.
