About Prime Storage
Prime Storage in Louisville runs a clean, well-lit facility with gated access and cameras. Reviewers repeatedly mention the staff, especially Heather, for being kind and helpful. One person said she went above and beyond during a tough time. Another called the team patient and professional when a lock issue came up. The rental process gets good marks too, with fast check-in and online options. Several reviews mention affordability, and the outdoor storage works for vehicles and boats. Some reviewers note the spacious units and welcoming atmosphere. One reviewer did raise a concern about theft and camera placement after a trailer was taken. The facility has cameras and a key gate, but that review is worth reading if security is a priority. Overall, most feedback focuses on the helpful staff and clean grounds.
