About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Preston Hwy handles more than household goods. The listings include outdoor storage and RV parking on a gated lot with electronic gate access and multiple entrance and exit gates, so bigger rigs are not squeezed through one tight corner. Inside, there are climate controlled and non climate controlled units in small, medium, and large sizes. Some are drive-up, and vehicles are allowed in them. The site sits close to the freeway, and the drive aisles are wide. Reviewers bring up the staff more than anything else. Lacey gets named again and again for walking people through the rental, and Tanner and Brian come up for making the paperwork quick and explaining the charges up front. People also call the place clean. One reviewer had a rough run: units tampered with, gates left open, water getting in, and a bill that went up. Worth knowing before you sign. Hours apply, so call ahead on access times.
