About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Alexandria and rents self storage units, with 24/7 access for renters. Reviewers frequently mention the small units and the option to rent by phone, and several call the property clean. Staff get steady praise too, with people describing polite, informative employees who walk them through the lease. The reviews are not all warm. Some reviewers report rude service and problems with the units, so read through the recent ones before you sign. On the plus side, one first-time renter said three different employees handled the rental, move-in and move-out, and all were professional and clear. Booking can be done online or over the phone, and the location is wheelchair accessible at the entrance and parking lot. It is a self-storage facility rather than an RV-only lot, so check that your rig fits what they have.

“Called to inquire about large storage units. The lady on the phone was very nice and explained about how much stuff a large storage would hold. When I arrived I meet Tiara the manager.” – Ayesha S., 2 years ago, on Google
“This is the first time I have ever rented a storage unit. I dealt with 3 different people at the Fordson Road location. One when I rented the unit over the phone, one when I moved in and one when I moved out.” – Nancy, 9 months ago, on Google
“Spoke with Donna and two others before her who were amazing, friendly and informative people and great customer service. I only gave 4 stars because I haven’t gotten to the facility yet but so far so good!” – Marcia, a year ago, on Google
