About Public Storage
Public Storage on Andrews Parkway in Allen handles RVs, boats, and cars alongside regular self-storage. You can pick from covered, indoor, or outdoor spots, and the place is gated with keypad access so you can get to your rig 24/7. Reviewers keep mentioning the staff by name. Chris and Greg come up for being patient and helpful, and one person said Greg even got them a ground-floor unit. The facility gets called clean and secure a lot, and the elevator earns a few nods. Not every review is glowing: one renter complained about a big rate jump and said they found a cheaper unit online. Reserving online is free with no commitment, and you can use eRental to skip the counter. The office has regular hours, and the property is wheelchair accessible.
