About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Austin and rents indoor units plus drive-up outside spaces with rollup doors. Some of those outside units come with 24-hour access, and the larger 10x20 and 10x30 spots are set up for vehicle and boat parking. The 10x30 is the one meant for a boat or vehicle, so a rig that size has somewhere to go. Reviews land at 4.7 from 394 Google ratings, and the staff names come up a lot. People mention Sherea by name for being friendly and patient while walking them through setup, and Isaac and Emilio get called out for answering questions and moving someone to a smaller unit in about five minutes. The polite, helpful front desk is the thread through most of it. Units get described as clean, and renters say getting in is easy. Worth knowing: one reviewer had a lock that would not work after 6pm and could not reach anyone by phone, so plan your access around staffed hours if you think you might need a hand.
