About Public Storage
If you're hunting for a spot to park your rig in Austin, this Public Storage on Santiago Street offers covered and indoor storage. You can get to your RV whenever you need because access is 24/7, and the rental process can be handled online so you skip the counter. The place has a 4.7-star average from over 600 Google reviews. Reviewers often mention the staff. Several call them informative and efficient, and a few note that setting up was easy and the experience felt smooth. There are also repeat comments about the convenience of the rental process and the helpfulness of the people at the desk. But not all the feedback is positive. A number of reviews mention rats, and some describe break-ins and flooding. Others talk about manager turnover and locks being cut.
