About SouthPark Storage
SouthPark Storage on the south side of Austin handles more than just household goods. The lot takes RVs, cars, and boats, and the crew says they can fit vehicles of any size. Reviews are mixed, and it's worth reading a few before you commit. On the plus side, one long-term renter called it comfortable and cheaper than newer facilities for the same space. Others praise the manager, Kim, for being around when questions come up. Climate-controlled units get good marks from some tenants, and there's a shop on site for boxes and tape if you're storing household items too. Other reviewers describe a different experience: poor lighting, trash around the buildings, a gate that's often broken, and trouble reaching anyone at the office. A few mention the sign out front says StorWise, not SouthPark, which can be confusing when you pull in. The place is older than the newer competitors, and the reviews reflect that.
