About Public Storage

This Public Storage on Garland has covered, indoor and outdoor spots for RVs, cars and boats, plus drive up access and keypad entry at a gated facility. Reviews land at 4.9 stars across 112 ratings, and the staff named most often is Nick, the on-site manager. Reviewers describe him as patient, respectful and quick to answer questions. One person said he walked them through everything they needed before they signed. Cleanliness comes up again and again. People mention clean units and clean on-site restrooms, and one reviewer called the climate control a major plus for a summer move. Others note the facility stays lit and that someone is usually around if a question comes up. A few mention clear explanations during the tour and help picking the right unit size. Not every review is glowing. One person had trouble with the app opening gates and doors within their first week, so ask about access before you commit. Hours are posted but the site is not open around the clock. Online rental is available if you want to skip the counter.
