About Public Storage
This Public Storage on Houston's south side offers covered RV parking with drive-up access, plus cameras and lit grounds. Reviewers consistently mention the staff, especially managers Bobbie and Chris, for being helpful and responsive. One long-term renter said the team reached out to find a better deal when their unit sat mostly empty. Cleanliness comes up often. People note the facility is well lit, free of garbage and pests, and that management stays on top of upkeep. A customer of 10+ years called it the cleanest and safest storage location they've used. Another praised Faisal for being fast and respectful with every customer. Not every review is positive. One person warned about rates rising sharply and a booking issue where a promised rate wasn't honored. Others say the helpful staff made the difference. If you're parking an RV, ask about covered space availability and current pricing before you book.
