About Public Storage
Public Storage on the Irving side runs drive-up outside units in several sizes, from small 5x10s up to a 10x30 that fits a boat or vehicle. Smaller inside units on the first floor are available too. Reviewers keep bringing up the people. Shannon walked one first-time renter through two spaces before they picked one. The district manager Kayla sorted out an access code in about ten minutes. Alvin, the grounds keeper, gets called out by name for jumping on a cleanup without being asked. The process usually goes smooth, and some people rent online and skip the counter. Not every review is happy. A couple of renters report break-ins and say they weren't contacted about it, so read the reviews yourself before you commit. The office has set hours, so it isn't a 24/7 gate. The property is wheelchair accessible.
