About Public Storage
Public Storage in Knoxville offers outdoor parking for RVs, plus drive-up and climate-controlled units if you need room for gear. The lot is gated, and you can get in and out 24/7. Reviewers mention the gate and security system more than once. People seem to like the staff. Several reviews call out a polite team, and one mentions a helpful manager. Others say the rental process was easy and the units were clean. A few note recent updates like fresh paint and carts for moving stuff. One reviewer who left a unit complained about a rent increase and no refund for partial months, so ask about billing if that matters to you. Another mentioned a good experience with an employee even before becoming a customer. The place is wheelchair accessible, with a ramp and parking. Stop by and see the lot for yourself.
