About Public Storage

This Metairie Public Storage earns high marks from renters, 4.8 stars across more than 500 reviews. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. One names Ms. Shantel for walking them through unit sizes in person. Others call out Mr. Landry and Ryan for being helpful and professional. Clean property and kind staff show up again and again in what people write. The property is gated with 24-hour access and climate-controlled interior units. Hand trucks sit near the doorway for loading, and there is a gated area for unloading vehicles. The rental process gets described as easy, though one reviewer found it hard to reach someone on-site and another had trouble closing out online. Not every review is warm. One long-term renter went a year without seeing an employee, handling things through a call box, and another flagged a poor loading layout. A third noted the rate climbing over two years. If those things matter to you, ask before you sign. Otherwise the staff and cleanliness are what most people talk about.
