About Public Storage

Public Storage sits in Newport News and offers uncovered outdoor parking for large vehicles, along with a 10x30 boat or vehicle space. The lot is open 24/7, and reviewers often mention the automated gate system working without trouble on every visit. The staff gets steady praise. People describe them as polite and helpful, with one attendant singled out for advice on backing in and fitting a 30 foot rig. Others focus on feeling secure and on the unit being clean when they moved in. Not every review is glowing. Some renters report rat droppings inside their units, and a few warn about rate increases and strict late-payment policies. Worth reading the fine print before you sign. Climate controlled interior units are available too, though most RV owners will want the outdoor spots.
