About Self-Storage at U-Haul
This U-Haul facility on the Dorchester Road corridor handles covered, indoor, and outdoor storage, with vehicle and boat parking listed among the options. Reviewers mention clean units and good lighting, and several note the 24/7 card access for after-hours entry. The site has cameras and a wash station. Staff get named in the reviews, and one customer wrote about a manager who sorted out a size mix-up at move-in by adding a second smaller unit. Online move-in and account management are available, and rentals run month to month. Rollers and elevators are sized for loading, and the main area stocks packing supplies. Not every review is positive. One customer who stored for three months reported rodent droppings on their things and oil soaked into the floor, and moved out because of the damage. Others describe the place as clean and pest-free. Worth a walk-through of the actual unit before you sign.

“When it came to access to the unit, I wasn’t sure what the access code was for. I thought it was to the gate when it was for the inside unit. Part of this is my fault bc this is the first time I’ve used a facility that provided this.” – Tee F., 9 months ago, on Google
