About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Orland Park and handles more than household overflow. Covered, indoor and outdoor spots are all on the table, and boats and RVs are listed alongside cars and business storage. The gate runs on a keypad and the lot is lit. Reviews land at 4.8 across 410 of them, and the staff come up a lot. Jennifer gets named more than once for being courteous, upfront and quick to sort out problems. People also mention the sign-up being easy, help picking the right unit size, and a tour before committing. Not every review is warm. Some describe billing disputes that dragged on, staff who were hard to reach, a gate that quit working over a weekend, and rent that goes up each year. Worth reading through before you book. Access is 24/7, and online rental lets you skip the counter.
