Reviewers keep mentioning Sean, who walks people through the contract and insurance and helped one customer straighten out a forgotten access code after months away. Others say they saw staff on the grounds keeping the place up. One long-term renter called it a nice place overall but said prices nearly doubled during their year there, so read the rate terms before you sign.
