About Public Storage
Public Storage on Rolling Meadows keeps a 4.8 rating across more than 500 Google reviews, and one name comes up again and again: Antoinette. Reviewers describe her as kind, prompt and good at walking first-timers through the rental process. Several mention a smooth setup, and a few note that problems got resolved once staff were involved. The facility handles covered, indoor and outdoor parking, with RV, boat and car storage listed among the services. There is electronic gate and keypad access, and the property is open 24/7. Drive up access makes it easier to get a rig in and out. Not every review is glowing. One customer complained about unclear fees showing up after the fact, and another had a leak issue that took follow-up to resolve. Worth knowing before you sign. The location is wheelchair accessible, and online rental lets you skip the counter on move-in day.
