About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Schaumburg and offers both indoor climate-controlled units and outdoor drive-up spaces. Sizes run from small 5x10 up to large 10x30, so there is room for a rig or a houseful of gear. The property is clean and the lot is paved, based on what reviewers mention. Staff come up often in the reviews, and the names that show up are Mike and Rene. People describe them as patient and knowledgeable, the kind of folks who walk you through sizing and the rental process instead of rushing you. One reviewer compared it to renting from a mom and pa shop. Another noted that access through the app is easy in and out. One thing to know before you book: a reviewer cautions that rental payments are non-refundable, even if you cancel before using the space. Finalize your moving schedule and size needs first. The facility is open 24/7, and the entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible.
