About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Virginia Beach and handles more than boxes. The listings cover covered, indoor and outdoor parking, so there is room for an RV, boat or car alongside regular self storage. Access runs through a gate with keypad entry and cameras, and the lot is lit. You can get in any hour of the day. Reviewers keep coming back to the people. Chassidy, Morrigan and Karen get named for patience and straight answers, including one customer who got a walkthrough of why a unit cost what it did. Others mention the place stays clean and is easy to move around. One note worth knowing if you tow: a large moving truck takes some care to get in, but it can be done. Renting starts online, and there is an app for gate access. One reviewer had trouble with the app, called, and got it sorted fast. The facility is wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking.
