About CubeSmart Self Storage
On Dam Neck Rd in Virginia Beach, this CubeSmart runs a gated facility with cameras and covered storage, plus climate-controlled units if you want your rig out of the weather. It's a self-storage spot that also handles RVs and boats, and there's a moving supply store on site for boxes, tape and bubble wrap. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Sylvia gets named more than once for walking people through unit sizes and even driving them out to look at options. Others call the place spotless and the units clean, and a few mention the rates beat what they were paying elsewhere. Military folks note the discount. One reviewer had a GPS detour before finding the address, so plug it in before you head out. The rental process reads quick from the reviews, with paperwork and a unit tour handled in one visit. You can reserve online or stop in during office hours.

“Went to the CubeSmart on Damneck and couldn’t be happier with the service. Both staff members were very kind and patient, showed me multiple different units, and made the whole rental process super easy.” – Rob, 5 months ago, on Google
“My experience with Sylvia was a great, smooth and pleasant check in. I was well informed about the difference in the storage units and how big a storage unit to get. She even drove us to show the units.” – odette b., 5 months ago, on Google
“My only complaint is that my GPS took me on a tour of Virginia Beach before I found the location. The unit shown me was very large and very clean. My customer service was extraordinary.” – Donna Y., 5 months ago, on Google
