About Public Storage
Public Storage on the Winter Springs side of things has a 4.8 rating across 529 Google reviews, and the staff names come up again and again. Reviewers mention Diaunte, Miriam and Barbara by name, usually for the same reasons: walking them through the rental step by step, answering questions without rushing, and showing the actual unit before signing anything. 24/7 access is listed, so you are not tied to a gate schedule. The site handles self storage plus automobile and boat storage, and there is a moving supply store if you need boxes on the way in. Online eRental lets you skip the counter, though several reviewers say the in-person help was the best part. The company says it has been giving the same personal attention for nearly 50 years. Entry and parking are wheelchair accessible. Reserving a space is free with no commitment required.
