About Big Tree Self Storage
Big Tree Self Storage sits on Fleet Financial Court in Longwood and serves folks across Seminole County, from Altamonte Springs to Sanford. RV owners will find indoor storage here, along with climate-controlled units, 24-hour access, security cameras and a well-lit lot. Reviewers tend to bring up the staff. Several call out a manager by name as helpful and friendly, and one long-term customer says they have stored there for a couple of years. Others mention the AC actually works, that units stay clean, and that prices are fair. A few reviewers note the place allows bands to rehearse, which is unusual for a storage facility. Not every review is glowing. One customer complained about a price increase on upper units and said getting to them means climbing a ladder. Another described a heated exchange with the front counter. Worth reading the full reviews before you commit.
