About Reno-Washoe Valley Storage
Reno-Washoe Valley Storage sits in New Washoe City, a short haul south of Reno. Reviewers call it some of the lowest storage pricing around Reno and Sparks, and more than one mentions the rates being worth the drive. The manager gets consistent praise. People describe him as helpful and knowledgeable, and one reviewer said he made space for an RV where there wasn't any, then let them know when they left a door unlocked. Another mentions being walked to each unit and offered help unloading in the rain. Renting is done through a kiosk right outside the front door, which several reviewers found easy. Not everyone is happy. One review warns strongly against the operator and claims a card was charged after being told not to use it. The rating sits at 4.1 from 13 reviews.
