Reviewers keep mentioning the manager, Steve, by name. People say he is easy to reach, quick to answer questions, and proactive. One reviewer noted he called about a flat tire on a stored vehicle. Several mention the rental process is simple and that online reservations work fine. The units and grounds get called clean. Access is 24/7 for renters. The facility also sells packing and moving supplies and has dollies and carts on hand. Some reviewers mention tight space for backing in a large U-Haul, so plan your unloading.
