River Bend Storage

About River Bend Storage

River Bend Storage sits in Royse City and handles both household and commercial storage. Units come in a range of sizes, and climate-controlled options are available if you need a stable environment for your things. The gate is gated, and there is a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot. Reviewers keep coming back to two things: how clean the place is and how much they like the manager, Maria. She gets mentioned often for walking people through the rental process, helping pick the right unit size, and even setting up a U-Haul. One reviewer said she waited 25 minutes while they unloaded. Several people said the app setup and phone gate code made access easier than expected. The rating is a perfect 5.0 across 307 reviews. One long-term tenant with four units calls it the cleanest facility they have seen and praises the easy access. Others mention the pricing as affordable, though a few bring up fees. Reviewers also mention supplies for sale and U-Haul rentals on site. RV owners should confirm rig length and spot type directly with the office before booking.
