About Self-Storage at U-Haul
U-Haul's Elk Grove location handles vehicle storage alongside regular self-storage, with both indoor units and outdoor drive-up spots. It sits near Laguna, Sheldon, and Elk Grove Regional Park, so it's an easy stop on the way out of town or back in. The reviews are short but consistent. People call out the front desk staff by name and describe them as friendly, patient, and thorough, including one reviewer who said the assistant manager went above and beyond. Another liked the alarm security, cameras everywhere, and well lit halls, and said she felt safe coming and going alone. No complaints about wet or damaged belongings either, and the climate-controlled space got a mention. Someone else called the place extremely clean and organized and easy to move in. Access is 24/7. There are cameras and wash options on site, and the office also rents trucks and sells moving supplies if you need either on moving day.
