About Self-Storage at U-Haul
This U-Haul spot on Mendenhall handles self-storage plus vehicle and boat parking, with both indoor and outdoor options. You get 24/7 access, cameras, and climate control on some units. It's a working lot, not a boutique facility. Reviewers split on the help. Several praise specific staff by name for being helpful and professional, and one called the facility clean and secure. Others found the service indifferent and had billing disputes over truck rentals. The rating sits at 4.1 from 11 reviews. If you need a unit near Hickory Hill or Parkway Village and want drive-up outdoor space, it's worth a look. Just read the paperwork on any truck rental before you drive off.
