About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Memphis and handles more than boxes. The listing covers RV, boat and car storage, with covered, indoor and outdoor options, so you can pick what fits your rig. The property is gated with keypad and electronic gate access, and there's an on site manager plus drive up access. Reviews run heavily toward the staff. People single out Tabitha and Jessica by name, calling them patient, polite and quick to explain the terms. One customer rented online, had an email problem fixed over the phone, and found a lock waiting in the unit. Others mention a clean property and a smooth move in. Not everyone is happy. One reviewer complains about a lock left on a paid up unit and no one in the office or answering the phone. Another cites attitude from employees. Weigh those against the rating and the volume of praise. Online rental is available if you'd rather skip the counter.
