About Southern Storage
Southern Storage sits in Channelview and takes boats, RVs, trailers and commercial inventory. It's gated and fully enclosed, with cameras watching from every angle and lights on throughout. The indoor units keep your rig out of the weather year-round. Reviewers keep coming back to the same few things. The place stays clean, the lighting at night is strong, and people who've had stuff stolen or damaged elsewhere say they notice the difference here. Several mention the new owners and manager, saying they're responsive and easy to work with. Pricing comes up often as fair, and renting online was quick for at least one person. One reviewer was blunt about the surrounding neighborhood after dark but still gave the property full marks for upkeep and security. Staff clean the grounds so you're less likely to pick up a nail. Metal units get mentioned as holding up better than wood. Call or stop by to check availability.
