About Storage Depot of Virginia Beach at Castleton Commerce Park - Virginia Beach
Storage Depot of Virginia Beach sits in Castleton Commerce Park. It's a self-storage facility that also handles RV and boat parking, both indoor and outdoor. The place is gated, has cameras, and is lit. Rentals are month to month, and you can pay bills online or rent without contact. The staff gets a lot of love in reviews. Andrea, Jeanette, and Bryan come up by name. People say they're helpful, accommodating, and easy to talk to. One reviewer called the check-in smooth and easy, and another said renting a parking spot felt homey. Several mention the front office staff making the process simple. Not every review is glowing. Some point to the RV storage area being unkempt, with weeds and derelict vehicles. A fence line had been cut through, though that's since been repaired. One reviewer noted video monitoring really only works if a customer reports something. Others mention potholes. Worth knowing before you book.
