About Surprise Secure Self Storage – RV, Boat, & Storage Units
Surprise Secure Self Storage offers both indoor and outdoor storage for RVs, boats, and regular household goods. The facility is gated and has cameras, plus climate-controlled units for sensitive items. They also have a free dump station and clean-out water for RVers. Reviewers often mention the friendly office staff, especially Susan, who is described as helpful and understanding. One long-term customer appreciates the easy access and secure setup. Another, who used to manage a storage facility, says the property is well-kept and they would store their own things there without worry. Some reviews are less positive. A few people mention inconsistent cleanliness, a manager who can seem unfriendly, and difficulty paying over the phone. It's a mixed bag, but the majority of the 59 Google reviews give it 4.3 stars.
