About Texas Premier Boat and RV Storage - Sealy
This is a family-owned, Aggie-operated storage lot on 10 acres in Sealy, a bit under 5 miles south of I-10 on Highway 36. Reviewers say the layout makes sense and there is room to get into every spot, including the pull-throughs. Three options: back-in units at 12.5 by 45 feet, pull-through units at 12.5 by 50 feet, and open parking spaces for rigs that fit. Driveways are wide concrete. Access runs 24/7. The reviews are few but positive, and they keep mentioning Kelsie by name for helping people get set up and handling needs as they come up. One person was glad to park a trailer there after running out of room at home. The lot sits about 45 miles from Houston and serves Katy, Brookshire, Fulshear and Bellville. First month is free for new customers.
