About The GarageCondos
The GarageCondos in Littleton sells units rather than renting space, and each one comes with power, light, heat, and water inside. That setup suits owners who want to work on their rigs or hobbies on site, not just park them. Common areas include wide drive aisles, a security camera system, an RV dump station, and air/vac equipment. There's also a private clubhouse for unit owners and room for car shows and other events. One reviewer calls the builder good and says the place is kept relatively nice, though they note new management dropped a couple of helpful things. They also mention you can modify your own garage within reasonable limits. With only two Google reviews, the 4.5 rating reflects a small sample.

“Good builder and they keep the place up relatively nice. the new management seems to have gone away with a couple of things that were helpful. But overall garage town at Ken Caryl is a Greek from what I have met.” – com T., Edited 7 years ago, on Google
