About The Storage Chest
The Storage Chest sits on West Liberty Road in Ann Arbor and handles commercial, student and vehicle storage, including covered and outdoor parking spots for rigs. You can reserve a unit online or stop by during weekday hours. Reviewers keep coming back to Lori, the property manager. Many say she is helpful, direct and easy to work with, and a few mention stopping by the office just to chat. People also call the units clean and the property secure. Longer-term renters describe easy entry and a lot that never felt crowded. Not every review is glowing. One person reported water seeping in behind a unit and damaging a stored mattress. Others mention rate increases and a cleaning fee after a missed payment. Worth reading the full reviews before you sign.
