The Storage Mall - Macedon South

About The Storage Mall - Macedon South

The Storage Mall in Macedon offers outdoor storage spaces for RVs, boats, and automobiles, along with self storage units. The property is gated and has digital video surveillance. Reviewers mention the security and how tight the units are, keeping critters out. It's locally owned and operated, and the site manager is available to answer questions. One reviewer appreciated being able to swing a 16' trailer into the lot. Others note the helpful staff: one said the manager was understanding when they forgot to cancel for the season, and another praised Gary by name. Access is through a gate with a pin, and the property is lit, though a reviewer pointed out some lights were out. The facility offers drive-up access and climate control for self storage units. Reviewers have had mixed experiences with billing and gate access. One long-term renter felt comfortable leaving property there for over a decade, while another cited account mix-ups and a gate pin that stopped working. It's worth checking the details of your lease and access before you commit.
