About General De Gaulle Storage
General De Gaulle Storage sits in New Orleans and rents covered, indoor and outdoor space, so there is room for an RV, a boat or a unit full of household goods. The lot has lighting and cameras, and tenants get 24-hour access. Climate control is offered too, though one reviewer said the temperature still ran hot at night. The manager gets named in reviews more than anything else, nine mentions, and staff friendliness comes up again and again. People describe the rental process as easy and the property as clean and well laid out. One long-term resident has been there over twenty years and says access for RVs has gotten more restrictive as gate hours were cut back. A couple of reviewers mention discounts. Not every review is glowing: one tenant reported a theft from their unit and said the company offered no compensation. Read the reviews yourself and see how the place looks on a visit.
